ZION'S BELIEFS
We believe in one God in Trinity:
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and alone informs our faith.
We believe that God became incarnate in Jesus Christ, who suffered, bled, and died crucified upon a cross for the sins of the world.
We believe He rose again bodily from the dead and faith in Him alone brings forgiveness of sins, salvation, and eternal life.
We believe that God imparts His Holy Spirit to us in Baptism, and that Jesus Christ is truly present in the Lord's Supper.
We believe that the three ecumenical creeds
(Apostles’, Nicene, & Athanasian) are an accurate summary of our faith.
We believe the Lutheran Confessions are a faithful exposition of all Scripture.
